WILTON KIWANIS CLUB
Meeting Information
  • During the fall, winter, and spring we meet at the Wilton Episcopal/Presbyterian Church Complex. Click here for a map.
  • Summers, we lunch outside at Kiwanis Park. Click here for a map.
  • We gather each Wednesday at noon for a pre-lunch social, catered luncheon, lighthearted club business and an interesting guest speaker.
  • We target each meetings duration for 1 1/2 hours.

At each Wednesday meeting, there are announcements about upcoming events and any recent health concerns for members. Frequently these are followed by an opportunity for members to make their own announcements for which they gladly pay a "happy dollar". The second meeting of each month focuses on the business activities of the club. During the fall, winter, and spring, all other Wednesday meetings conclude with a speaker or entertainment as shown below for the next few months:

  • Nov. 5 - Bill Glass, Executive Director of Trackside

  • Nov. 12 - Business Meeting

  • Nov. 19 - Shari Shapiro, the Executive Director of Kids in Crisis. Kids in Crisis provides free, temporary shelter, therapeutic counseling, comprehensive medical care and specialized educational support for children struggling with a wide range of issues including abuse, neglect, abandonment, family health issues and family conflict.
